Pros

The flight benefits are great if you can plan ahead. Feel that upper management is creative in looking for ways to keep Republic competitve and to grow the company.

Cons

Benefits are mediocre. Vacation time, is terrible. You max out at 3 weeks which is well below what most organizations offer.

Flight Benefits when you are able to actually get on the plane... Always Stand-by ....

Cons

When I worked there I was the only Female Mechanic.... Lots of Harassment going on, favoritism by management & supervisors etc.... The CEO does not care about employees, especially if you are female considering he never really looked in to my complaints and allowed it to happen.... Went to school to do what I loved and ended up being a nightmare. The people that have moved up to supervision roles were POOR POOR choices. They should never be in that role when they have no clue how to treat people with respect .... The whole company as a whole I thought was an absolute JOKE.....
