      Working for Republic was very bitter sweet.

      Pros

      GREAT travel benefits and there are some really nice people to work with at headquarters.

      Cons

      The company underpays drastically. Also Clocking in/out policies and other policies are not effective. Also, not very much personal time.

      Pros

      Easy to be hired. Paid three week training. Great colleagues (for the most part). Can be a fun work environment, depending on the crew members.

      Cons

      Limited flying locations (East and Central US cities, Canada). Mainly short haul flights. Company cares more about bottom line than employee morale.

      Good Coworkers, Lower Management cares about their individual employees, opportunities to learn and gain industry experience, flight benefits, willingness of others to help and teach, company does have events from time to time

      Cons

      Culture is lacking although improvements are in work currently, pay is low, 401k matching isn't that great, not enough vacation time, poor communication from upper management
