Pros

Being a flight attendant is living the dream! You have the passion to be able to fly at the same time serving passenger in all walks of life

Cons

As of now I just feel as if I was treated unequally.they say they will stand by your side but they never did this in any way

Pros

Travel Benefits (when you can get on a plane), many days off, Almost every day is something different. meeting people from around the world

Cons

Company WON'T back flight attendants. You could be hit repeatedly with a baseball bat in front of witnesses. If the passenger said they didn't do anything, company would take passenger side. Unlike major airlines that back their flight attendants in situations of assault, or violation of regulations and file charges, Company will say flight attendant didn't follow company procedures, or apologize to diffuse situation.
