      The people at the company are hard working and nice to work with

      Cons

      Corporate does not act like a corporation. They let the local divisions run on their own, with no real direction or consistency. The communication in the company really does not exist. The everyday employees have no idea what the corporate stategic objectives are or what their plans are.
