Salary is good and most of the local level managers are good people to work with and care about doing the right thing.

Cons

Senior HR management is ethically challenged and will lie and throw anyone under the bus to try and excuse their poor decisions.

The job is comm. based on number of units service and type of units serviced. The chance of increasing your pay is largely up to you. The routes very each day and through out the year. Your work alone to keep the customers happy. Good benifits and a fair work environment. Out in the weather all day.

Cons

Units are service 24/7. During the busy summer months can be burned out with 6 days and 50 plus hours every week. This includes holidays and especially special events.
