3WEEKS vacation after five years of service, Extremly low cost health and wellness benifits. i pay $64 a month for four kids and myself medical, dental, and vision. Company match 401k and employee stock purchase ifyour salary. The best part is promotion, they are the first employer to give me a promotion without any type of predudice or discrimination. And that says alot being that i am a minority and have been in the workforce over 20 years. They com pensated my relocation and will be paying for my higher education. If you are looking for a career this is the place!

Cons

Working long hours at a recycling facility can be stressful! Entry level positions do not pay well.

Too many reorganizations. I had 4 different area controllers in 5 years. Had to work 60 hours a week to get job done. Company doesn't value accounting staff. Won't staff accounting departments sufficiently. Too much of a boys club. Female managers a rarity, especially at higher levels.
