If they don't have a running truck for you then you go home with no pay. They didn't tell me that I was being hired for a three day route. Ask before you take the job and be sure you are getting a five day route. Constant equipment failures. This week I only worked one day because they had no running trucks. Favoritism. If the supervisors favorite driver's truck breaks down he will give him your truck. If they have something for you to do you might make a couple of hours but usually they will send you home without pay.

Hostile work environment. Boss threatened to fire me everyday. I was a new hire during covid and we got sent to work from home. I had no formal training or anything. I was eventually let go for not making enough calls but I honestly had no idea what to do. These people think they're all that but they're really trash service people lol.
