      Pros

      The position is flexible, work from anywhere.

      Cons

      Workload unreasonable, way too many clients per person. The only time you get calls are when something is wrong, and you get calls all morning, all day, and all night. There are serious issues with this company in the way their pricing structures are set up. Constantly overcharging clients and asking the Account Manager to hold them to a contract when they've been way overpaying. This is a very stressful job with not a lot of upside.

      Nice people, atmosphere is laid back, can move around the company every six months

      Cons

      There is no real guidance once you are out of the sloppy training they have you are sent out to sink on your own, everyone is not on the same page and there is definitely favoritism that goes around.

      Service is horrible and area team does nothing to help

      My sales team was the best, and did all they could with the service issues.

      Cons

      The area directors come down and expect the sales team to hit numbers and be held accountable for lost business, but the local management cannot get the trash pick up. The Manager is a yes man to what area wants and was never able to get the service issues uncontrolled. Area want to blame everything on local office but does not supply trucks that don’t break down all the time. The amount of customers we lose to service will out weigh new sales.. get a Manager who will go to Corp when area will not help.. also don’t stand up for yourself or you will be fired..
