Folks don't let the talk fool you regarding caring about their employees. Highest turnover in the industry, This past year , many great employees and leaders have left , this should raise a huge red flag regarding the culture and longevity. Bottom line, its all about appeasing the shareholders.

Pros

Good people at the Business Unit with fast pace of growth. Some opportunity to advance but limited depending if willing to relocate. Improving processes and key performance metrics to strive for continuous improvement.

Cons

Lots of bureaucratic hurdles and politics. Don't seek with in for grooming talent for higher level positions. Volume of change can be overwhelming and lack of understanding by upper management what the challenges are in the field.
