Great customers. Trash and recycling isn't going anywhere, and this company is good at getting rid of yours.

Cons

Shareholder focused causing a lack of service to end users. Increased centralization is creating focus of litigiousness while almost crippling the business units from individual growth.

Pros

Exciting, dynamic and have a passion for change. Due to the large number of new hires up to and including the VP level at the Corporate office some exciting ideas are being churned out. Training department is delivering some very exciting materials and aids designed to equip employees with relevant skills.

Cons

Top heavy Company - The rate it is hiring specialists in a corporate role at the expense of field resources is driving change faster than the field can adapt to.Company heavy on compliance stifling creativity. Has a "not invented here" mindset. Ideas are not generally welcomed from the field, effectively widening the gap between field and corporate functions.
