We appreciate your feedback and your recognition of your talented former colleagues and Reputation's flexible working programs. We take your concerns about growth opportunities, workplace culture, leadership, and inclusivity very seriously. The company has recently rolled out an enhanced annual performance review process that fosters more productive conversations between leaders and employees about performance and growth opportunities. We've also identified two key projects for this year, which include delivering manager capability and leadership effectiveness training, as well as developing and implementing a career growth and development framework. Senior leaders and HR continue to listen to employee feedback and implement changes that acts on this feedback, however, change is a continuous process and can sometimes take time. Reputation is committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment, and we encourage open and honest feedback to help us improve.
