      Bad strategic vision

      Pros

      Great team in EMEA. Possibility to work remote well accepted

      Cons

      Weak on-boarding process. I got hired as they were extending their team in EMEA but have been let go on grounds of redundancy after 5 months in the company. All accesses were cut on the afternoon of me being notified I was made redundant, with no ahead warning, not possibility for a proper goodby with colleagues , clients and partners.

      Awesome Work-place and work-life

      Pros

      Just like CAP theorem in Distributed Systems, every employee need 3 things from a work-place: 1. Great Work 2. Great Compensation 3. Work-life balance And trust me, this is the company you will find everything. 1. Great work and spaces. 2. Work from home facility is awesome. 3. Leaves are ample. 4. Culture is good with around 40+ people. 5. Extremely talented people. 6. Lot of scope for learning and experimentation. 7. Stuffs like free snacks, casual sitting(bean bags etc.), tons of time for games and good people all around. 8. Benefits like HIS and all are descent. 9. Great people leading the organisation. 10. Director (India office) is very active.

      Cons

      1. On-site travel is missing, although amendments are made towards this as I heard. 2. Although a very good company work-wise, only few people in India know about this company. (Not very popular here due to lack of business in India) 3. Needs more collaboration between teams. 4. Less outings.

      Fun and energetic place to work

      Pros

      - This is a really fun place to work. Lots of great perks like company provided lunches, boot camp, pool table, Caltrain passes, tickets to Giants games, etc. - My direct manager is great, very supportive and I really feel like she has my best interests in mind. - There are lots of interesting projects and opportunities that you can find in the company.

      Cons

      At times there doesn't seem to be clear direction from the senior management. There seems to be more than one vision for the company.
