Pros

Free lunch...but there isn't really isn't such a thing as a free lunch.

Cons

I worked for them for a short time, but sensed something was very wrong within the first 3 months of my time there, so I quit abruptly, even though I had no other job lined up. I am certain it was the right decision, especially after seeing the horrible reviews here month after month, countered, of course, by the glowingly artificial 'great' reviews (does anyone really express themselves naturally how they are written?) that are obviously fakes. It's your choice, but you can do better just looking elsewhere without any inopportune headaches or leftover heartburn. After walking away being told I just didn't meet their standards (joke), I now have a job that pays twice what my salary was there. I also understand how precarious the future of the company is, given the way they actually make their money after researching them (should have done it the first time) long and hard.

We do not solicit or directly post false reviews to Glassdoor, but often hear this concern from reviewers. Because we're a thought leader in how to manage online reputation, our positive feedback is often called into question. All of our reviews, positive and negative, are organically generated by prior and current employees. We certainly encourage all employees to review us here, and find that the star rating we have and the feedback we see on this page is an accurate reflection of the culture and work experience of our employees.

Pros

-Caltrain Pass -I guess the lunches are decent

Cons

After the "split" things made a horrible turn for the worse. -Management doesn't care about keeping happy employees they only care about bodies in chairs. -The turn-over rate is that of a fast-food restaurant, and everyone seems so miserable and only here for a pay check. -Nobody is trained, they are thrown to the sharks and punished if they do wrong. -It's a 10 year old company but they still call themselves a "start-up", which seems to be just an excuse to change procedures last minute and get punished for not knowing. On that note, the communication between management to employee and even worse, RWC to AZ is catastrophic. -If you go above and beyond don't expect to be treated any differently than if you do the bare minimum. No recognition., only punishment. -Management is abusive and they bully to the point of needing to seek therapy. Management shouldn't be allowed to gossip and bully, that sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. As other reviews have mentioned, this is a toxic environment stay far, far away. Plenty of other companies in the Bay Area who pride themselves on happy employees.
