      Pros

      Good benefits. Option to work from home. Great group of front line service team members. Recharge days - at least 1 extra day a month off in addition to vacation time and holidays. Diverse work force.

      Cons

      Still trying to dig out from mass employee exodus from end of 2021. A lot of pressure to learn everything quickly and with accuracy which is a challenge since the platform is highly technical and has a lot of moving parts to it. Some Management appears to me stressed out and assumes the worst of team members which is unfortunate. Challenges with work life balance.

      Lack of Teamwork and Coordination / Very Casual Work Environment

      Pros

      Easy job. You can listen to music for your entire shift. Free snacks. Watch youtube instead of working. Take extra long lunches without anybody noticing.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and leadership. Everybody seemed to be there for almost no reason. There was no sense of fulfilment upon the completion of work. Very low efficiency of output.

As for your note in regards to leadership, we are working closely with managers to develop career paths for each department with direction and goals under our newly rolled out Bonus programs.       Pros

      The company runs fast which is great. They are making big strides with pushing the product ahead of the competition and are quick to react. Since the company isn't too big yet it still has that "family" feel where you can get to know everyone even though you don't work with them daily. If you don't work well in environments where things are constantly changing and there's a bit of organized chaos at times this isn't the company for you. If you do, then it's great! You get to put your stamp on things and affect real change.

      Cons

      Running fast can come with its pitfalls like things getting missed and processes not being followed. The company is growing fast but needs more processes and systems in place that support a scaling company.
