      - Best team to work with - Considerate - No politics or favoritism - Good work and lot to learn

      Cons

      - Low pay- no where comparable with other companies offer for similar position - Company lunch subsidy never meets a single meal completely - No 401k matching

      Lot's of Opportunity to Grow

      Pros

      Being a late stage start up tech company, there is a lot of growth and change happening internally. If you are someone who enjoys taking initiative and building something new, there is lot's of opportunity available. The people here are all passionate about the product and building something, and it creates a motivated, excited culture. Leadership is innovative and open to new approaches to solving problems.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be hard if you don't make efforts to block time for yourself and family. It just takes discipline to be available at all times but not work nonstop. Because of the higher turnover rate (understandably more normal for the industry) things can seem disorganized at times.
