      Beware of this Company

      Pros

      There are some great people scattered around this company, but many of them have left.

      Cons

      Very poor senior leadership. 2 rounds of RIFs in the last 8 months. More than 20% of the company let go. Lots of product issues and lots of clients leaving. It is not in a good place and is not heading in a better direction. Find a role somewhere else at a better company.

      It could be a great company

      Pros

      Option to work remotely instead of commuting into office.

      Cons

      You have clocked out for the day or you can be out on a vacation, management will still reach out to you….. here is the kicker it is not urgent. It is bad when your kids start inquiring about why are you going back to your work computer - it is family time and you need your rest bc we need you.

      Well run company!

      Pros

      Hire competent people who know what they're doing and how to do it. No one is right out of undergrad and super inexperienced. People get things done. Seem to actually care about the employees: work at home stipend, new days off called "recharge days", competitive pay.

      Cons

      Hit the ground running with a lot expected out of you immediately.
