      Good Tech, but Poor Leadership

      Pros

      Gained large dataset experience. Used AI NPL. Flexible work from home.

      Cons

      Employee morale was low. Digging deeper, most complaints boiled down to, “I have a friend working FAANG making more.” Most attrition was to FAANG, since they had offices nearby. The current market is going through an ati-top-line growth culture, which is bad for B2B companies like Reputation which help businesses grow revenue.

      You get out what you put into it!

      Pros

      It's National Leave A Review Day, so I feel like this is a good time to share my honest experience and provide feedback to a company that fosters an amazing culture, work/life balance and a positive sense of autonomy with a "you get out what you put into it" spirit. I am so thankful to launch my career in tech with a team that has helped me build my confidence and given me the tools and knowledge I need to succeed in my role and beyond. The management team works hard to hold an equal level of accountability across every team member, and rewards those who are willing to put in the work to provide results.

      Cons

      There's been a lot of changes recently similar to many tech companies in the last couple months. Although the culture is great and it's a fun team, there has become a sense of comfortability and entitlement in a performance-based role with a select few individuals on the team.
