Easy money, good hours, vary laid back compared to other places also has central air in all parts of the factory

Cons

Low bonus low wage compared to others also i am not Christian and i am look down to “pray” alone during meeting

No room for growth High Turnover Cold Environment Very conservative Raises taken from bonuses, not actual increases Lack of planning Lack of coverage Managers don't seem to care HR not open to suggestions
