Pros

-Welcoming environment -Awesome Team Leads who are very supportive -Nice mix of remote and in-office workdays -Nice office space in downtown Toronto -Growth opportunities are present and internal growth is very much supported

Cons

-Very fast paced environment requiring a lot of on-the-job learning, which is expected from a TechStart-Up environment. This can be challenging for people who prefer heavily structured training. I enjoy this type of environment personally.

Cons

It's a Series A startup and with that comes fast pace, priority shifts, and iteration. If you are not comfortable in a startup environment, then it may not be for you. Otherwise, you'll definitely enjoy it.
