Pros

Enjoyable and challenging with a solid mission to work towards every day. Very open and supportive team. Fast-paced environment, never a dull moment. Everyone is passionate about the work being done + a dog-friendly office!! :)

Cons

The usual start-up woes. If you don't like change and iterations (in order to move the business forward) then this won't be the environment for you.

Great for people who want to learn the ropes of a start up business and learn business ownership. Real taste of the SaaS industry with a product that has fantastic value for its customers.

Cons

Growing at a quick pace, lots of learning opportunities along the way. The team is tight knit and open to constant feedback.
