- Lots of autonomy and freedom to make decisions - At ResQ we make decisions thoughtfully, but move to execution very quickly - Great team culture where everyone is driving toward the same goal - Very open management team so everyone can see what building a startup truly looks like - Lots of exciting problems to solve since we are the first ones doing this so we are truly charting a new path
