      Pros

      Everyone has a hand in building the company. Open minded culture where ideas are shared and valued. Fun casual atmosphere.

      Cons

      Can be chaotic at times with rapid change and growth. "Team Lead" is really a supervisor/manager role (complete performance reviews and term people, if needed) and pay is very low in exchange.

      Reserv is a young company that is open to new ideas and is growing at a rapid pace. This is great for insurance professionals looking to move up in their careers. Management is pretty easygoing and supportive, and the workload is standard for the industry.

      Cons

      Reserv is primarily a technology company, so we use quite a few different softwares to try and streamline claims handling. This can be overwhelming for some.
