Pros
-Very collaborative and "how can I help?" type of culture-- everyone is constantly on Slack, answering each others' questions, posting fun social stuff, and offering to take on new tasks -People are humble and ready to learn -Diverse staff across the board in terms of background, work experience, and geography -Trusting environment means that no one is constantly looking over your shoulder or nit-picking your work, but feedback is welcomed, solicited, and given in a very friendly professional way -Interesting industry that is going through a lot of changes and tech upgrades, so it's fun to be at the forefront -Great benefits, including compelling parental leave, great medical, dental, and visual -Fully remote workplace, but it doesn't feel like you're in a silo or on your own since everyone is so friendly and active on Slack
Cons
-Since Reserv is growing so fast, there's a bit of a "controlled chaos" vibe that might not be for everyone; there are occasional kinks with tech, onboarding, etc. but everyone pitches in to help out -Lots of new tech tools to learn when you join
