Pros

I've had enough jobs to know when a company really cares for its employees. Hunter Warfield genuinely does. There are lots of activities throughout the year that help keep employees engaged and excited. Working here, you really feel like part of a team. Salary is good, and most employees are eligible for quarterly bonuses.

Cons

The company is a little lacking in paid holidays. For example, the day after Thanksgiving is not a company holiday. Benefits are on the expensive side. And lastly, the merit increase system is not great for new employees. There is an odd prorated system that can force employees to work for the company for nearly two years before getting a standard cost of living increase (depending on start date).
