We appreciate the feedback as there is always room for improvement. We have a strong leadership team at both the executive and line levels. We live our core values of respect, accountability, and kaizen daily, both internally and externally, thus extending to all client-facing interactions. We strive to provide exceptional client experiences by being respectful, being accountable to resolve problems when they arise, and seeking to continuously improve for our employees and clients.

Terrible, unstable job

Pros

No pros. Don't even bother applying.

Cons

I was fired without explanation. Cutthroat culture, can't even go to the restroom without getting questioned. Can't make a living with meager base salary. Bonus salary is unreasonably difficult to get and you won't even be able to get it until 3 or 4 months after being hired. For every mistake you make, they will take hundreds of dollars off your paycheck. Training is basically non-existent and people are too busy to help you. Training staff is unprofessional, with no hands on learning. Calls with costumers are the worst, since they are very disrespectful.

We appreciate the feedback. We have a strong leadership team at both the executive and line levels and live our core values of respect, accountability, and kaizen on a daily basis while supporting our employees each and every day. We have a dedicated Training & Development team that provides new hire and ongoing training for all employees. Our pay structure is competitive for all roles as we offer base and bonus compensation that are aligned with a national salary study every other year, with the bonus intentionally structured to incentivize our employees to meet and exceed monthly or quarterly goals.

Pros

Close to my house and able to get there quickly.

Cons

So much to say…leadership, favoritism, nepotism, lack of diversity and inclusion, arrogant leadership, doesn’t walk the walk, or talk the talk. Pay just terrible.
