Pros

A truly wonderful place to work; it's hard to find a job in this industry that you can say you really can enjoy, however, working here at Hunter Warfield is just that!! HWI is also the winner of the 'Best Place to Work' the in the Tri-County area! The employee benefits are second to none and the Environment here is one of commitment, compassion, teamwork and camaraderie. There is a real vibe of Pride in this company and it shows throughout every level of management and staff.. the company takes pride in not only its successes by it's employees. HWI still believes that it's their employees that make them a success, not just who they can say their clients are. The numbers don't lie! our attrition rate is lower than I've ever seen a company's prior, and I have worked in and with several debt collection companies and none can compare... At Hunter Warfield, you ARE treated like a member of the family.

Cons

The only thing I can point out as any sort of a 'downside' to Hunter Warfield is that we're not a top fortune 500 company (yet) nor are we a very large company... But being small does have it's advantages.

Pros

The best reason to work here, is because we truly care about one another. Not only do we get to help consumers resolve collection matters, but anything with in our selves, we help each other also. with out a second thought. I have personally been here almost 5 years, and have never worked for a better company. It has been the biggest blessing to start here and to continue my career.

Cons

The only con I have about this company, is the job detail itself. Collections is a tough job. That is the only thing I don't like about Hunter Warfield Inc.

Pros

If you have goals for professional growth, advancement, and stability Hunter Warfield is that company. This company is supportive and attentive. to their staff at work and personally. They engage with the staff regularly using many tools to keep us informed and, also to solicit our feedback. The company believes in transparency regarding the companies financial outlook, growth, and expectations for the future. They encourage the advancement of employees and, offer opportunities for ongoing training and coaching. Not only are they attentive in the workplace; they offer social gatherings and team building activities throughout the year.

Cons

While it is expected there must be some cons to working for this company, it is difficult to specify something that is a shortcoming of the company itself. Like with any job, there are individualized negatives. The policies and benefits are never going to satisfy 100% of the people 100% of the time. The cost of health insurance is phenomenal for the employee; however, it is not affordable to add a spouse or family. Other than the common "complaints" you find at any job... this company has a lot to offer.
