Pros
I started at Hunter Warfield only a month ago but I have been involved with this company for over 10 years as both of my parents are employed here. This company truly cares about their employees, which boosts the efficiency and mood in the workplace. They always do fun activities for their employees such as an annual Christmas party and a "month of fun" where they really just focus on making sure that the people who work for them feel appreciated. The company also does so much for the community by partnering with and supporting Toys for Tots, Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill and more! With that being said the employees here, and their families, are always involved in charity work. Everyone who works here is so friendly and ready to help you with whatever you need. It is truly a family setting in the office. They even have awesome snacks in the break room! Employees here have been with this company for SEVERAL years, that alone says something about how much they like it and how much growth is possible here. This is honestly such a wonderful place to be and couldn't be more happy to have joined the HWI family.

The workload on Monday is CRAZY, but it makes the day fly by!
