Pros

When I say I love my job, it is the truth. I do not have that feeling of dread when I wake up in the morning knowing that I have to go to work. You can tell that Hunter Warfield does care about their employees. I feel that I can always speak to a manager or an executive if I have an issue.

Cons

Rules and regulations of the collection world are always changing and sometimes consumers can be extremely rude.

We are not only a business we are a family. We look out for each other always.

The collection world can be negative, BUT we at HWI are always figuring out new ways to make it a good day at work

Pros

They do take care a lot of their employees, they are always looking for the best way to run their business and they're stable when it comes to working for them. If you are strugling with metrics or something like that, they'll work with you until you're better at what you do.

Cons

They lack a little on the compliance side.
