Pros

Hunter Warfield works hard to bolster the confidence of both employees and clients. Collections isn't always a pretty business, but HWI commits itself to being the best of the best.

Cons

No one enjoys getting calls from collectors, and that can make for a tense atmosphere at times, though HWI does a great job of tempering that negativity with a positive atmosphere.

I've been with hwi for over 3years Salary is fair .Upper management tries to create a fun atmosphere

Cons

Goals change monthly and are often unattainable.small company so promotions are few and far between they claim to promote from within but upper management all comes from outside

We have a great team we are a big family with a great enviroment :) We comoly with consumer as good as possible.

Cons

There is not as much recognision to employees that are not collectors from time to time
