Pros

A unique company with great people who strive to help you in your career goals. The work is good and you have a chance to make a great impact in your role.

Cons

Odd corporate structure but no real issues with the work or the team. I would still recommend them to future candidates.

Pros

Ability to work from home

Cons

Literally everything else. Certain employees not expected to take accountability and expect other employees to solve their job issues for them. Lack of diversity in executive team…no women, no minorities. Employees are not given basic equipment or information required to perform job duties (i.e., employees not able to access office supplies freely), which shows lack of trust. Favoritism exists here. Employees are overloaded with job duties that are outside of their job description and not given adequate compensation even when said job duties are performed at a high level. Hourly employees are not empowered to perform outside of “set work hours”, yet are expected to complete a heavy workload in 8 hours. Upper management changes operational procedures constantly and then holds employees accountable when the process breaks down.

One of our Core Values is Accountability and we live by this standard starting at the highest levels with our Executive Leadership Team. Employees are always empowered to bring their issues and concerns to management, all the way up to the company owner, if necessary. We care about our employees and worked hard to ensure everyone could continue their employment even through the pandemic. Merit increases were awarded in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 (and years prior as well). The overwhelming majority of our employees have a bonus or commission compensation plan in addition to competitive base pay.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, nice office.

Cons

If the title doesn't say it all. Small company, and their entire executive leadership team are men – there is no inclusion and diversity. Good ole boys club and very cliquish. Nepotism is at its finest, multiple family members working in the same department even reporting to the same manager. Inappropriate romantic relations between leadership and employee which clearly goes against their policy, is overlooked and swept under the rug. Male leaders are allowed to be caustic and their behavior is overlooked while they demoralize employees. Revolving door for leadership and will be terminated without warning. Unfair employee treatment, such as firing one employee but will give another employee multiple ‘final warnings’ because they are a ‘good collector’. The 'family culture' they pride themselves on when luring new hires is a farse. They will terminate an employee at just the right time of the month and lie about why so that they don’t have to pay out their bonus. Just remember, all that glitter isn’t gold. Don’t waste your time, don’t leave your job with tenure to only come here and lose at the end. Benefits aren’t that great -mediocre at best. Very expensive health insurance.
