Pros

Thoughtful leadership team (senior and general management) who are appreciative of me just doing my job and when I put in extra hard work. Collaborative team who have built a professional, friendly and supportive environment.

Cons

In general private DF with certain customer base, you always have to work in office 5 days a week due to nature of work being done. This can be pro as you always have company and work friends and around people all time.

Please do not join this company Resillion in Bengaluru, The management is not good, volatile, not friendly environment, they boss around and do micromanagement and it starts from the Top MD, Finance, HR. Hire and Fire after the work is done, no work ethics, all decisions made unilaterally by the MD. No Respect, No Honesty. Everyone in India office works for their individual mandate and not towards the Organization vision
