Pros

New leadership in place to take the company to the next level. A lot of changes, change is good and presents unique opportunities. We can leverage change to innovate and continue growing. We are surrounded by team members adaptable to change that can thrive and succeed. We have a tremendous opportunity to grow and we are on the right track.

Cons

Nothing negative to say. Some growing pains to overcome and HR is on the right path to focus on our people development & recognition.

Pros

ResMan is one of the best growing companies to work for. The executives know who you are, and not just a number. I have worked here for almost 4 years and have loved every minute of it. The executive team is very transparent, and we all know exactly where the company is going, how we a growing and any challenges that we might be facing. I haven't looked forward to coming to work for a long time. Best Company Ever.

Cons

I can't think of anything

Pros

Complex product with lots to learn, lots of room for improvement, lots of backlog items and enhancements to work on. The people are friendly, especially those that have been there a while. Good compensation for Dallas area and benefits are very good. They are not afraid to hire the top tier of developers but have a hard time keeping them.

Cons

Leadership seems to change course every 3 months after each board meeting. Many objectives have been started and then abandoned. Nearly every SVP from every department has been hired/fired within a year. 40% of the Dallas software staff (mostly experienced developers) have exited, most after less than a year. People at both the worker level and SVP level have been thrown under the bus/fired and then employees are told they resigned. Not enough women in development and leadership roles. HR has been informed of issues with management in IT but has not made necessary changes.
