5yThank you for sharing your opinion of your time here at ResMan. This year, we have invested a lot of time and resources into creating a team member experience that goes beyond merely providing services to our customers. Now that we are all remote, we host once weekly company wide stand ups where share updates on our performance as an organization and where we foster positivity to start the week. We have also invested in a Wellness Program, FlexPTO program, and No Meetings Fridays to encourage our team members to focus on their own health and well-being.
Finally, this summer we launched ResMan's first DEI Program, focused on including, recognizing, and celebrating the variety of experiences and perspectives our team members provide.
No organization is perfect, but we continually strive to improve the experience of our team members who consistently go above and beyond for our products and our customers. All the best to you!
