It was a remote job, and I was working with interesting web stacks. The coworkers were great.

Cons

You are just a number to those guys. I left my job after several interview and being told I had a job there. I waited eight months for some room in to budget. Then after about two years there, I get laid off two weeks before I am to start an already approved paternity leave. They ditched me so they didn't have to pay for my leave. Shameful. They are outsourcing all there engineering team.

Salaries and benefits are good.

Cons

Wishy-washy leadership leads to wasted time and effort. Funds wasted on modern, open-concept decor most employees hate and excessive international travel could be put to better use. Culture is insular and cliquey; false over-the-top pleasantries pollute the air. Group vs. group mentality and very poor communication. Advancement opportunities reserved for senior management, Aussies, and most especially, friends of the founders.
