Great pay; on-site gym; nice people (for the most part); good benefits; beautiful building; fairly stable; on-site cafeteria.

Cons

Upper management is disconnected from reality. No work/life balance. Horrible communication. A few directors bully their way through the day and use intimidation to get things done - top management is either unaware or does not care about this. Business decisions often lack long-term vision and seem impulsive. Departments work in silos and do not interact much.

I was terminated from my job 3 weeks after I mentioned that we were expecting a major life event. They have no regard for the value you could bring and they will write you up for the errors you commit (due to their improper training). Women in the middle management are bitter and very mean. If you are a man joining a team led by a woman / group of women, you better watch out.
