Pros

Staff is caring and responsive to changes in the workplace. Great physical working environment. Butte, MT is conveniently located near skiing, hiking, and fishing which is perfect for individuals who want to enjoy being outdoors.

Cons

Has had past bad experiences with individuals giving poor reviews. Management is working towards rebuilding their image as a quality employer.

Pros

Resodyn's technology and staff are unmatched. The level of talent working on the R&D and Mechanical Design end of the house are on par with the best you would find anywhere. Clients are wonderful and we got the opportunity to sell and work all over the world. Great benefits were provided

Cons

Leadership needs to build in more structure but that is slowly happening along with the aggressive growth that is now occurring.

The company provides great software and tools to employees. Great and talented colleagues.

Cons

Resodyn has a terrible company culture. Everyone here is burned out except maybe for the leadership. The leaders provide great tools, and the company always has a ton of talented employees. However, we're forced to keep chasing the leadership's unrealistic and unreasonable targets. There's no investment in our growth. Instead, the leaders only focus on forcing us to reach targets, despite the pressure and stress put on us. It's great working with my colleagues, who are awesome people. But our leadership here created an awful environment that's not desirable to be a part of.
