Pros

If you’re desperate and need a job work here

Cons

Management, wages are not concrete, favoritism. Literally the worst job I’ve ever had.

Pros

Nothing I can say at all, just terrible management.

Cons

Everything is a negative there. The schedule is long, you're expected to be available almost all the time, and there's barely any separation between work and personal life. High turnover is constant, pay plans keep changing and it starts to feel like a lie after a while. Management doesn't do much to support you, and growth is basically nonexistent. The company is really cheap, especially when you're covering work expenses out of your own pocket. It ends up being a job where you're putting in a lot but not getting much back. If you value respect and a professional atmosphere, look elsewhere.

Dysfunctional leadership and performative HR practices

Pros

The technical work is great A few employees work hard despite systemic issues

Cons

Leadership lacks accountability HR functions as risk management, not employee support Policies are inconsistently enforced Serious concerns are minimized or handled superficially Low morale and limited trust in management I would strongly caution anyone considering employment here. There is a significant gap between the company’s stated values and its actual practices. Leadership frequently communicates commitments to safety, integrity, and accountability, but when difficult situations arise, follow-through is inconsistent at best. Employee concerns—particularly those that require decisive action—tend to be managed in ways that appear designed to limit disruption rather than resolve root issues. This creates an environment where trust in management erodes quickly. HR processes lack transparency and can feel more focused on protecting the organization than supporting employees. Accountability is selective, and standards are not applied consistently across the organization. The result is a workplace culture where employees may feel unsupported when it matters most. Operational priorities consistently outweigh employee well-being. I would not recommend this company to professionals seeking strong leadership, clear ethics, and reliable institutional support.
