Pros

There could have been great engineering work here—if the place wasn't buried in outdated thinking and chaos.

Cons

- The systems are ancient and completely unfit for real progress. - Every suggestion to improve things is either ignored or quietly buried. - Tools are falling apart, documentation is a mess, and processes are stuck in the past. - The atmosphere is suffocating, paranoid, and absolutely hostile to growth. - Working here doesn't build a career—it crushes it.

Pros

Butte is centrally located in a beautiful part of a gorgeous state. The pay and benefits are decent for the area. Cool technology.

Cons

I'm not going to go deep into details, but I encourage you to trust the negative reviews you read here. I've never been so ready to quit a job after just a couple months. Had to stick it out for a year to avoid paying back my relocation allowance.

Pros

They claim to be a global leader in industrial mixing and processing solutions. They also say that the ResonantAcoustic® (RAM) has revolutionized the global industrial mixing-processing industry.

Cons

If you want a life lesson, remember that the leadership of a company is crucial. Here, the CEO stresses everyone out and expects them to work 16 hours a day. This poor attitude means employees don't feel comfortable. The CEO has also instilled fear in the minds of employees by being mean in the past. Working here was the worst mistake of my life!
