Silent expectation to work 12-16 hour days. Deeply inept management, workflow, on-boarding and worker cohesion. Extremely high turn-over rate in engineering and management. Low moral and constant miasma of fear of CEO. CEO is vocally loathed by employees and community. Deep siloing and distrust between production, engineering, and management. Poorly run IT. Zero supplies. You want a mouse or a whiteboard, the employee must buy it. Poorly maintained facilities A cynical culture of "Just work around the problem; everyone who tried to fix it got fired." Interesting, affordable town in beautiful and bizarre setting. Butte is wonderful and friendly, but quite feral. Most clients are adjacent to military industrial complex.
