Pros

Resodyn is a very fast paced organization with quick turnaround, which is necessary on many projects. Professional and dedicated employees are the core of success at Resodyn. Engineers opportunities include the ability to work on new and exciting challenges every day. The organization has constantly built on its achievements and all new designs are exciting and present their own unique challenges. The job pushes engineers to the limits of their ability and provides an environment to grow into well-rounded professionals with marketable skills. Senior engineers are heavily involved in the designs, which allow new engineers to quickly gain design experience. The work is so interesting and new, it is hard to not bring it home and continue to think about the problems on how to improve/innovate further. Because the organization is flat, people can quickly find their niche and grow into to it. A lot of the time people are hired to do one task, but their skills and drive have taken them to different positions within Resodyn. Resodyn is traditionally an R&D company, which still does R&D, but also supports the other Resodyn production businesses. Thus, engineers can either support R&D or production or combinations thereof. Resodyn provides great benefits including fully-funded health insurance, and 401k matching. The organization is very flat and most people report directly to the CEO, which allows great transparency and freedom to perform engineering tasks more quickly and efficiently than could be done with a deeper organization chart. Senior management also work more as engineers and are more considered colleges as opposed to supervisors, which allows for easier communication between engineers and management.

Cons

The major con of the organization is its ability to hire engineers and other professional staff.

Pros

-You’ll never take a healthy work environment for granted again -Learn what shouldn’t be allowed in the workplace, with first hand experience

Cons

(Emotional endurance required. Experience optional.) Are you looking for a workplace where the expectations are unclear, the support is inconsistent, and the outcomes somehow still fall on you? Are you looking for a workplace that will truly test your limits? Have you ever thought, “What if my workplace felt like hell on earth?” Well, great news What we offer: • A dynamic environment where accountability is highly selective • The opportunity to report serious concerns and watch them professionally ignored • A front-row seat to how problems are managed …by avoiding it entirely • Harassment concerns that build character and trauma bonds • Leadership that micromanages • A culture where talking to each other… isn’t allowed. (Don’t you even dare talk about chickens) What you’ll experience: • The slow realization that doing the right thing doesn’t always work in your favor • Subtle (mostly unsubtle) shifts in how you’re treated after speaking up • Mastering the art of acting “normal” after things that aren’t Key responsibilities: • Keep your head down • Don’t ask the wrong questions • Learn quickly which problems are “not problems” Requirements: • Thick skin • Low expectations • A strong sense of humor (you’ll need it) Bonus perks: • Free emotional rollercoasters • Often bathroom cry sessions (BYO tissues) • A CEO that will follow you to the bathroom and listen outside the door We’re not looking for the most qualified candidate. We’re looking for someone who can tolerate the most. If you’re searching for respect, accountability, or a healthy culture …keep looking. If you’re curious how much you can put up with before it changes you… apply.

Pros

Great benefits (health insurance etc)

Cons

Micro managed, employees can't talk to each other, very isolated, managers take credit for work and ideas generated by others and passes blame on to employees.
