      Good company to get junior level experience in gis/development.

      Pros

      - pretty interesting project work for junior level position - Flexible work schedule with ability to work remotely sometimes

      Cons

      - Very little direction from management - Poor mentoring from management for new hires/ junior level position - not a great company culture due to most employees working at client sites

      Pros

      Flexible schedules. Support for professional goals. Friendly, drama-free work environment. Good training opportunities and ample room for trying different types of work. They put a lot of effort into distributing the workload so no one is overwhelmed.

      Cons

      At times the workload doesn't allow for more interesting project work. The workload is also impossible to predict, but always gets done.
