      Pros

      Resource Data actually lives their company values. They're serious about work-life balance and integrity and fiscal health and all the rest. I especially appreciate the autonomy implied by their values of "opportunity" and "great place to work." It's a very entrepreneurial environment. They trust us to be intelligent professionals and make good decisions, while providing us good support.

      Cons

      For someone unused to that entrepreneurial mindset, it might feel overwhelming.
