Exceptional company, great business model, care about their employees as individuals

Pros

Flexibility, broad range of projects, the company managers are incredibly thoughtful and work with you to make sure the fit between you and your projects is the most ideal it can be. The company doesn't hire for projects, they hire because you are one of the best and that's all they take. Great teammates, most capable company I've been with.

Cons

Pay is not as high as it is with larger consulting companies located in Anchorage; benefits are expanding but leave some things to be desired; vacation accumulation rates seem low

Pros

They actually ask you what projects you'd like to work on and make an effort to put you on those. Lots of autonomy and flexibility. They treat their employees with respect.

Cons

Benefits can't compete with those of large corporations or government jobs. Minor thing: Office space is fair but not great.
