      It was a good environment, able to kind of work alone, a lot of opportunities for learning.

      Can be long hours, not a lot of opportunities of raises or growth.

      Pay and benefits were adequate. Flexible schedules

      Very cliquish environment. Very minimal training--must be a self-starter and be able to problem solve on your own. Do not trust others to have your back, everyone looks out for themselves and will throw others under the bus to look good.
