Pros

They attract good people, the current staff (at corporate) is approachable and typically helpful. The location is nice and they have a great position in their market space. Potential for the organization is high.

Cons

The company is highly aggressive -- sometimes they bite off more than they should and try to fit execution into unreasonable time frames. This leads to long hours with high stress and burn out potential. They seem to be going through a lot of leaders recently. Benefit program leaves a lot to be desired.
