Pros

Worked here a long time because the check cleared. Otherwise its a safety nightmare.

Cons

poor Executive leadership, with no true customer focus. extreme amount of Corporate turnover Lack of clear direction zero equipment improvement for more than a decade Lack of good field equipment to allow for safe working conditions with heavy used equipment Lack of proper sanitation, trucks and vans are filthy all the time Oil spills left for someone else to clean up inexperienced techs with a zero training programs available other than outdated computer training A lack of real process improvements System role outs (AutoMist) that are improperly engineered to work as they sell it. Along with fake pictures to show clean hoods when they do quarterly regulated inspections of the system. In effect there are zero pros to this company, accept they have the customers fulled and roped into long contracts so they have to continue paying. therefor the paycheck always cleared. truly an OSHA hazard with a lack of real safety training When someone gets hurt with lost time they rarely return

Pros

Decent pay without requiring college

Cons

The management was not great about scheduling and was fairly inconsiderate of people when asking them to be out of town for multiple days. We would consistently be required to stay in a hotel when doing an install at a new customer which is expected and part of the job description. My problem was that they would then tell us not to work more than 8 hours per day while out of town. What else am I doing besides sitting in my hotel room if I can't work? This would not be a complaint if they'd let us work as many hours as we wanted to complete the job sooner and come home sooner. Or at least give a per diem..

Pros

Work is not too difficult

Cons

Hours are all over the place 25-45 hours a week. Sometimes working day and nights in the same week. May be called into work during the day, even if you are working nights that week.
