Pros

Schedule and schedule only this would be the only reason to work here. I have achieved success in my professional life because of this place. Which of course I'm grateful

Cons

Pay and terrible management from the top to bottom. This is not location specific. It's a service industry job. So this particular company revenue is based on delivery, installs, and sales. There essential employees are the three. And should be paid as such. All the other positions this company have. Are unessential employees. But basically get paid like essential employees. Which is backwards. When the bulk of the revenue is based on the performance of those three positions.

Pros

My co-workers were the best part of the job.

Cons

A job at RT might sound good at first. There are benefits and PTO and the company claims to care about things a modern company is supposed to care about. But things are not as they seem. Think twice about working here if you: • Have ideas • Aren’t a yes-man • Like to feel genuinely respected and valued • Enjoy leadership that is inspiring, competent, and transparent RT hopes to grow up to be a real company someday, but they have no idea how to make that happen. Literally no ideas. While it’s saddled with a CEO who believes he’s the smartest guy in every room and who only asks questions that he himself wants to answer…it likely never will. Beware. RT is a hot, toxic mess and a job there is like a roller coaster ride to nowhere.

Pros

You get to be an actual technician. There can be creativity in your job. They are always looking to improve and you could be on the front line with a good idea.

Cons

Don't take covid-19 seriously. Between the lack of reporting, unmasking as soon as a manager/supervisor is gone, and forcing employees to use up their own time/go unpaid if they have symptoms. If you are work on the Auto-Mist side, your hours will not be what they hired you for. In a weeks time I would have worked 7am-3pm (monday), 12-8pm(tuesday), 8pm-4am (wednesday, thursday), and then friday from 7am to 3pm. The company doesn't have a clear path to succeeding with Automist, which is a bummer because it is a brilliant idea. This should be completely separate from the oil side of things and managed by separate people. The product is being led by people who just have no idea.
