As far as balancing work and life, you're right about that, too. As a 24/7 business, it can sometimes be hard for Service Managers to disconnect.       Pros

      I don't believe there is a better job for drivers out there. Work 3 days on and get 4 days off. As long as you do your job management won't bother you Customers are usually happy to see you.

      Cons

      Not having your own truck.
