Constantly bugged to work on off days and will try to guilt you into not working. Not much room for advancement

Thanks for taking time to leave a review on Glassdoor. Our Service Techs have a wide range of schedules. Sometimes, the best time to work on restaurant equipment is when the restaurant is closed, which can mean you're working later at night or early in the morning. This is perfect for some people, not so great for others. When people apply to Service Technician positions, we talk a lot about the schedule, so you'll know what to expect as an employee. Pros

Good co workers, a ton of great activities outside of day to day job to get involved in.

Cons

Managers are clueless, there is awareness of how hard people work or how little others work. The raise system doesn't actually reward someone for doing a good job . The average is 3% so if you get 4% someone can only get 2%. And you're forced to come up with something someone needs development on. There are so many meetings you can never get time with your manager. And there's no room to grow.
