It's a con game going on

Pros

When things are going well - and you're left alone - it's not bad. But........

Cons

It's rare things are going well, and you're NEVER left alone with constant conference calls and projecting labor months out, something that is impossible and still provide good customer service. I see RTI is back to writing some of their own reviews on here, and now to "show they care" they've added responses from RTI on here. Dont be fooled, I was for a couple of years but finally wised up to the con job going on. If you've got talent, you can find a better company. If you're an idiot and/or brown-noser, you'll fit right in.

Growing company, very passionate and knowledgeable employees, high expectations, great products, room for advancement, excited about the company's future, if you ask for more training and development they will give it to you.

Cons

Communication can be improved.

As Restaurant Technologies continues to grow, we are excited about the training available and will always look to internal hires first when filling new positions. During Q1 2019, we filled 92 positions, including 17 internal hires!

Pros

Corporate office is great, very open concept feel for a cubicle/office environment. Open door policy is great. Management is exceptionally competent and supportive. Very "family" feel to the organization.

Cons

Some managers in the depot level are not well versed in open communication and do not buy into the "we're all on the same team" mentality.
